SERVICE OF PROCESS NOTICE
Dear Process Servers and Counsel,
This location and its staff are NOT authorized to accept service of process on behalf of any RRP Health-related company or physician. Please do not leave documents with reception, security, building staff, household members, or other third parties. Any documents left here will not be treated as valid service and may not be forwarded.
RRP Health-related companies and physicians also do not accept service of process electronically or by email.
For initial service of a subpoena, summons/complaint, petition, or other initiating process on any RRP Health-related company, service must be completed only through:
- the company’s Registered Agent for Service of Process (as listed with the California Secretary of State), or
- personal service on a duly authorized officer of the company.
For initial service of a service of a subpoena, summons/complaint, petition, or other initiating process on Dr. Reekesh Patel, service must be made personally.
For initial service of a subpoena, summons/complaint, petition, or other initiating process on any other RRP Health-related physician, the companies are now authorized to accept service through the Registered Agent for Service of Process.
If you are contacting us regarding follow-up on a properly served legal document (e.g., scheduling, production coordination, or compliance questions related to a subpoena), please contact counsel at the address below. Counsel will respond only after service has been properly completed in accordance with applicable law and does not accept service electronically or by email; communications regarding attempted, defective, or unserved process may not receive a response. Please include: case name and number; court; date and manner of service; due dates (if any); and a PDF copy of the legal document.
